Terms and Conditions

These house rules apply when you register, deposit, play, or withdraw at IPAY9. They say what the platform must do, what you must do, and how a dispute starts. Opening an account or using the lobby is acceptance of the live version, not of a blog you read last year. Read before the first paid round.

Data handling sits in the privacy policy. Caps and exclusions sit under responsible gaming. If this guide and the live terms page disagree, the live page wins. Screenshot the version you accept.

Who may register

You must be at least 18. A higher age applies where the law in your area requires it. You must be allowed to use online gaming where you are. That check is yours. The platform can still close a login that fails an identity or location screen.

Use your legal name, date of birth, email, and phone. A nickname on the form and a different name on the bank file are how payouts are handled—one person, one account. Extra logins to farm promotions or to dodge a limit are a breach. If you forgot the first password, write to the official contact us instead of opening a second file.

Your duties after you are in

  • Keep the login private. Do not paste a password or OTP into chat.
  • Tell the desk at once if you think someone else used the account.
  • Play only on a product you opened from the official site or the official app path.
  • Do not use bots, unfair tools, or another person’s payment rail.
  • Do not abuse bonuses: min-max betting to clear wagering, or syndicating accounts.

A breach can result in a freeze, a void, the removal of bonus funds, or closure. History and the ticket file are used to review that decision. Mood is not.

Money in and money out

The cashier on your login is the only method list that counts. Minimums, maximums, and fees can move after verification. Deposits should come from a rail in your name. Withdrawals usually return to a similar rail. Instant credit in does not mean instant cash out. First payouts wait on identity. Do not change payout details while a request is pending unless the live terms clearly allow it.

Event

What the terms usually do

Deposit pending

Wait. Do not send a second “test” amount

Withdrawal sitting

Keep the request ID. Do not open a twin request

Name mismatch

Payout holds until the file matches the rail

Chargeback or unpaid deposit

Balance can be adjusted; a fraud hold can open

Currency is ringgit unless the cashier shows another unit. You are responsible for tax reporting that applies to you. The desk will not give tax advice.

Bonuses are a separate contract.

A match, free spins, or cashback is optional. The sheet on the day you opt in governs wagering, eligible games, max bet while the bonus is live, max conversion, and expiry in Malaysia time. Slots often contribute more than tables. If the matrix is unclear, ask before you opt in and keep the ticket ID.

Exceeding a max bet during wagering, even by a thumb slip, can void the offer and related wins. Combining two offers is usually blocked. A smaller offer you can finish beats a large match that locks cash on games you never play. Screenshot the sheet. Banners change.

How games and tickets settle

A casino round settles on the help file for that title. A sportsbook ticket settles on the market text: 90 minutes versus extra time, map winner versus match winner. Obvious error, late void, postponement, and abandonment follow the published rule. Do not place a second stake into a frozen frame. History is the record.

Disconnect handling, when described on the live site, still needs a round ID and a clocked screenshot if you write in. Auto-save is not a reason to skip that file.

Limits, cool-off, and closure

You can ask for tighter deposit, loss, or time limits. Raising a cap may wait. Cool-off and self-exclusion, once set, should be treated as locked for the period you chose. The desk should not upsell you out of an exclusion. Closing the account for a breach is a different path and may include a final cashier review.

How a dispute starts

One problem per ticket. First line: username, Malaysia time, product, RM, ID. One full-screen image with the clock. Keep the reference. Formal complaints about a payout should be submitted via the official email or the on-site form to ensure a written record. The desk cannot reverse a round that settled under the printed rules just because the sitting felt cold.

What the desk will not do

  • Advise you on beating a game.
  • Guarantee a result.
  • Discuss a third party’s wallet without verification.
  • Give legal advice about whether you may play where you sit.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The lobby, logos, and help files belong to the operator or its licensors. You get a personal right to use the account. You do not get a right to scrape the lobby, resell access, or run a shop off the brand. Affiliate work, if you have it, is a separate agreement. Do not invent a tracking link before the partner desk approves you.

You must not upload malware, attack the cashier, or harass a live dealer in chat. You must not use the lobby to move money for someone else. Those are closure-level events, not a warning sticker you can ignore.

A weekend that stays inside the rules

Friday is when you read the live terms if you plan a large deposit. Saturday night is a bad time to discover a max-bet line. Write the RM cap first. Opt into one offer or none. Do not stack a sports parlay and a slot autoplay under the same unused bonus unless the sheet says both contribute.

If a market voids, wait for history. If a round freezes, send the ID. If a name mismatch is holding a payout, upload a clear ID in daylight instead of opening a second withdrawal. Those three habits prevent most “the site stole it” tickets that later show a rule already printed.

  • One account. Recover the first login. Do not register twice.
  • One bonus sheet, screenshotted, per claim.
  • One cashier request in flight. Do not twin it.
  • One product name and one ID per ticket.

Identity holds and why they exist.

A first withdrawal often waits on a photo of your ID and a matching name on the payout rail. That is not a stall tactic. It is how the house avoids paying the wrong person. Cropped images, glare, and a clock cut off of the frame waste a round trip—daylight, uncropped, full card. Then wait. Opening a twin request does not speed the queue.

If you change your legal name, write the desk before you change the bank file mid-request. If you share a household e-wallet, do not use it for this login. A rail in someone else’s name is a payout hold waiting to happen.

Changes and the version that counts

The operator may update the live terms with notice on the site or by email. New play after that notice is acceptance of the new file for later sittings. Your dispute about an old bonus still needs the sheet you accepted that day. If this page and the live terms disagree, the live terms win. 18+ only.

Quick terms checklist

  • 18+, real name, one account.
  • Screenshot the bonus sheet on the day you opt in.
  • One cashier request in flight.
  • History and iIDs beat a memory of the animation.
  • The live terms page wins if this guide differs.

One account, a screenshot of the sheet you opted into, and the official bookmark. That is how a later argument stays short.

How a sports market actually settles

Read the market name, not the match headline. Ninety minutes is not extra time. Map winner is not match winner. A ticket placed after a freeze, or after the event has started when the market was pre-match-only, can be voided. Do not place a second ticket “to replace” the first until history shows a result or a void.

Postponement and abandonment follow the published rule on the live terms or the sports help file. A social clip of a goal is not the source of settlement. If you write in, send match, market wording, slip ID, and Malaysia time. Mood about a referee is not a field the desk can use.

Account recovery versus a second registration

Forgot the password: use the reset path on the official login. Forgot which email you used: write to official contact with your legal name and the phone on file. Do not register a second username “just to play tonight.” Duplicate files to claim extra offers or to dodge a limit are a closure risk for both logins.

If you think someone else used the account, change the password from the official bookmark on a clean browser, then tell the desk the time. Do not paste the new password into chat. The desk will not take a password from a relative who “needs to check the balance.”

Weekend banking and pending lines

A deposit that is instant on a weekday e-wallet can sit longer on a bank rail after Friday evening. A withdrawal marked sent still waits on the receiving bank. Weekend clocks are bank clocks, not lobby clocks. Do not open a twin request because Saturday feels slow. Keep the request ID. Send it if you write in on Monday.

What you think happened.

What to check first

Deposit vanished

Cashier status, bank or wallet reference, time

Withdrawal stuck

Request ID, verification, name on the rail

Bonus gone

Max bet, eligible game, expiry on the sheet you claimed

Ticket void

Market text and history, not a clip

Using the lobby as a payment pass-through

The account is for your own play. Sending someone else’s money through the cashier or letting someone else use your login is a breach. Those files look like mule activity. The desk will freeze first and ask later. If a friend wants an account, they register themselves: 18+, real name, their own rail.

If this page and the live terms disagree, the live terms win. Screenshot the version you accept on the day you deposit or claim an offer.

Bonus contribution, in numbers you can check

Wagering is a multiplier on the bonus or on the bonus plus the deposit, as the sheet says. A RM100 bonus at 20x on bonus only is RM2,000 of qualifying bets. Slots often count 100 percent. Tables and live games often count for less, or not at all. If the matrix is missing from the sheet, ask before you opt in. Playing a zero-contribution game feels like progress. It is not.

Max bet during wagering is a hard line. A thumb slip that sends RM80 when the sheet says RM50 can void the offer and related wins. Confirm the stake twice in portrait. Expiry is Malaysia time on the sheet, not “when I next log in.” Unused credit at expiry is not a stolen win. It is an expired coupon.

  • Copy wagering, eligible games, max bet, expiry, before you tap claim.
  • One offer at a time unless the sheet says otherwise.
  • Do not min-max bet to clear a requirement. That is abuse language in most house rules.
  • Screenshot the sheet. Banners change overnight.

A smaller offer you can finish on games you already play beats a large match that locks cash on titles you skip. That is a terms decision, not a luck decision.
